August brought us to Riverview for a full roof replacement. Before any tear-off began, we tarped the landscaping and set up debris containment, then stripped the old roofing down to the deck. With sheathing checked and squared away, our crew rolled out fresh underlayment and flashing before setting the new system top to bottom. We swept the yard, ran a magnetic sweep for nails, and walked the roof line with the homeowner before calling it done.
