Text messaging terms
We use text messaging to reply to homeowners who text our business numbers with questions about roof repairs, replacements and inspections, and to confirm or reschedule inspection and estimate appointments. Messages are conversational and customer-initiated; we do not send marketing text campaigns.
- Opting in. You opt in by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number by phone or in person and asking us to text you. We may send one message confirming your opt-in.
- Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stopping. Text STOP at any time to cancel. We will reply once to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts from us unless you opt in again.
- Help. Text HELP for help, or call us at (813) 522-6912.
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information. How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
