Systems we install
Most Tampa Bay commercial work is low-slope, and the system choice drives everything downstream — service life, reflectivity, and how the building performs on a 95-degree afternoon.
- TPO — the common choice for new low-slope commercial. Bright white, highly reflective, welds into a monolithic surface
- Modified bitumen — durable multi-ply where foot traffic and rooftop service access are heavy
- Standing seam metal — long service life on pitched and architectural applications
Working with your GC and schedule
On new construction the roof is rarely the constraint but it is often the thing that blocks everyone else. We coordinate dry-in dates directly with the general contractor so interior trades are not standing around, and we sequence penetration flashing with the mechanical contractor rather than after them, which is where most commercial leaks are born.
Permits and inspections are handled by us. Once the building is in service, see commercial repair for ongoing leak response.
