This September we wrapped up a roof replacement for a homeowner in Clearwater. The old roofing came off down to the deck, we checked the substrate, then rolled out fresh underlayment before installing the new roof system. Our crew kept the site clean through tear-off and installation, and closed out the job with a walk-through so the homeowner could see the finished work firsthand.

We pulled the old roofing off, gave the deck a close look and made repairs where needed, then built back up with new underlayment, flashing, and roofing material. August brought us to Riverview for a full roof replacement. Before any tear-off began, we tarped the landscaping and set up debris containment, then stripped the old roofing down to the deck. With sheathing checked and squared away, our crew rolled out fresh underlayment and flashing before setting the new system top to bottom. We swept the yard, ran a magnetic sweep for nails, and walked the roof line with the homeowner before calling it done.
